Cancellation deadlines

for individual bookings:

Can be cancelled free of charge up to 1 day before arrival.

In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, 100% of the accommodation price.

for group bookings:

From 10 rooms: The entire booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival, then up to a maximum of 3 rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to one day before arrival.

In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, 100% of the accommodation price.

Room provision

Booked rooms are available to the customer from 15:00 on the agreed day of arrival.

The customer is not entitled to earlier provision.

On the agreed day of departure, the rooms must be vacated and made available to the hotel by 10.00 a.m.

After that, due to late vacation of the room, the hotel may charge 50% of the full accommodation price (list price) for its use across the contract by 18:00 and 100% from 18:00 onwards.

The prices for accommodation are based on “normal times”, i.e. no peak season and trade fairs.
